A one of a kind project 'Himalaya' at the IIT campus is the consolidated dining facility for all the students. It is one of the largest dining facilities in Asia. The construction of this building with minimal disturbance to the national park is a great achievement in itself. Our scope of work included civil, RCC works, plumbing, sanitary and electrical works (both internal & external), mechanized kitchen, lift, fire protection system, rain water harvesting system, solar heating, bio-gas plant, approach roads and interiors.

Millennium library is a landmark that stands tall in the IIT campus. The digital knowledge centre is a unique facility with 101 computer systems facilitating access to large number of e-resources was also completed by us
